Enrollment
When do they open enrollment?
Inscriptions at the Forest Bathing & Experienced Forest Bath Course are always open.
For all other courses, the registration dates are available on the page. To receive previews so as to reserve your place you can fill out the pre-registration form of the course of your interest on the page.
How do I enroll in classes?
From the "Formation" entry of the drop-down menu at the top, select the course of your interest, consult the "How to subscribe" section and click the "Tell Now!" button. It will be enough to fill in the few fields required and pay by credit card to begin the training immediately.
Educational contribution
Can I pay the didactic contribution by transfer?
Inscriptions to all courses take place with payment of the educational contribution by credit card or prepaid, unless otherwise specified on the web page of the individual course. In exceptional cases, you can submit a reasoned request to the secretariat: secretariat@forestbathing.net.
Is it possible to pay instalments?
Payment options are available on the page of each course.
Payment by PayPal is available.
Can I register for a teacher?
At the moment it is not possible to enroll in the courses using the teacher card. The graduates, however, have the opportunity to present their own projects related to Forest Bathing for publication on SOFIA, the platform of educational initiatives of the subjects accredited by the Ministry of Education. The collaboration with CSEN relates in particular to projects aimed at teachers of schools of every order and degree and to ATA staff, excluding the university.
Does the didactic contribution include food costs and accommodation for training in the presence?
For courses that provide training sessions in the presence, the costs of food, accommodation and transfer are borne by the individual participant and are not included in the educational contribution of registration.
Diplomas and tesserini
What is the difference between the Sports Diploma (Instructor Forest Bathing) and the Holistic Diploma (Expert Forest Bath)?
Platform training is the same. The Sporting Diploma qualifies you more to work with sports groups; the Holistic Diploma qualifies you more to work with groups in the holistic and wellness field.
What is the technical badge? What's that for?
The sports technical card is a document that, together with its diploma, attests the possession of the skills necessary to practice the activity for which it was requested, allows the registration to the National Technical Register CSEN and allows to stipulate an insurance policy for the performance of the activity itself.
The holistic card is a document that, associated with its diploma, attests the possession of the skills necessary to practice the activity for which it was requested, allows the registration to the Operating Registry Discipline Bio Naturali CSEN.
Training
Instructor course Forest Bathing & Expert Forest bath: is training required in presence?
Members of the Forest Bathing & Experienced Forest Bath Course from 27/06/2025 are required to attend at least 12 hours of training in the presence, to be held in one or more experiential and/or formative sessions among those available to calendar calendar , of which the last inclusive of POG (Operative Project Groups). To book, simply contact the organiser of the event. The 12 hours can also be held during a single experiential/formative weekend.

What happens if you don't complete the platform within 12 months?
Access credentials and stay on the platform can be renewed for a further 12 months by paying a minimal additional contribution.
