Sunday 8 October 2023 at 12.30 am immersed in the conscious walk organized by Forest Bathing CSEN in collaboration with WWF for Urban Nature in the splendid setting of the Botanical Garden of Rome.

An opportunity for young and old to rediscover the most intimate self through slow steps and a conscious breathing.

Throughout the day it will be possible to meet WWF volunteers, participate in the laboratories on urban biodiversity and give yourself a small fern for your home or office to support the Oasi project in the Hospital.

To enrich the program of the day will be the activities and workshops of the guests present at the event, which will bring their professional knowledge making them available to the public to entertain and raise awareness both adults and children in this great festival of nature in the city.
