Saturday, July 15th and Sunday, July 16th, for the first time, LA CURA DEL BOSCO will experience an intensive retreat of Forest Bathing Hiking with evening activities under the stars in the Foresta delle Lame, in the heart of the Parco Naturale dell'Aveto, one of the wildest and uncontaminated places of the Ligurian Apennines, on the border with the Province of Piacenza. We will do Yoga and meditation at sunset on the shore of Lake Lame, we will observe the stars in the silence of the forest, we will immerse ourselves in immense beech woods that hide ancient glacial and peat lakes. We can live environments rich in biodiversity and unique, inspired by legends that are still remembered today, in a journey organized with the Guide AIGAE Francesco Bonatti. The withdrawal will begin Saturday 15 July towards orre 15.30 with the meeting point at the Bar Lago Lame Hotel where it will be allocated with half board and accommodation in the cottage. After the presentation briefing, will begin the practices of Energy Activation, Yoga and short regenerating walks until dinner time, after which we will dedicate ourselves to evening practices of Meditation at sunset and Silence under the stars. Sunday 16 July to h. 9 will depart for the Forest Bathing Hiking in the Lame Park, with psack ranzo always provided by the Hotel, returning to h.16.30, when the experience of the retreat will close. Cost per person is 105 € (comprehensive accommodation with half board on Saturday, lunch on Sundays and contribution for the excursion).
