EXPERIENCE
‘Experience’ is just the right word to describe "Sussurri di Foresta – Wilderness & Reset Retreat": forget the phrases made, nothing patinato, you will not find yourself in a large crowd with hundreds of participants, but in a circle of women looking at each other and deep.
"Sussurri di Foresta – Wilderness & Reset Retreat" is ESPERIENZA direct, personal, lived, shared in group, where you can all know and hold genuine ties.
Our accomplice in creating this tangible magic will be Nature, the one outside and within us, through powerful instruments of deep reconnection, inside and outside of you: Forest Bathing (with two national guides CSEN) practices of rewilding, inspiring cards, sessions of Sound Healing, Sacred Dances and in Circle, rituality and celebration of natural elements, such as the true Fire and Water, will allow you to find your root wilder.
Through the Woods, the elements and our senses, in these special moments we will find an ancestral connection: we will feel the vibration of the Universe awakening in us, the same that have transmitted our Antenate in inheritance and that has always lived there.
WHERE AND WHEN
The event, closed in number, will take place on 20-21 July 2024, in the province of Biella, at the Oasis of Zegna and in particular the Bosco del Silenzio, two of the most suitable woodlands for these activities, widely studied by experts of Forest Bathing to this end, certified FSC and part of the FAI heritage. The activities will take place only outdoors.

Who's going to come after you?
A Druida, Chiara, who as a child went to the Orobie Woods alone, to talk to the Spirits of the Forest. For almost 15 years on the druidic and shamanic journey, Chiara has been interested in Forest Bathing since 2018 and proposes it as a National Guide for Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy CSEN, creating a harmonious union with the spiritual and holistic aspects of which she already deals.
A Green Alchemist... Sofia. The propensity to care and love for the Green World, brought it on paths that allowed a union of the two ways. The University Master in Phytotherapy Foundations and the National Driving Diploma for Forest Bathing CSEN, have given additional tools to allow you to give yourself a unique experience with the Forest and its inhabitants, accompanying you in a green dance between well-being and myth.
