An experience of forest bathing in the quietest day of the year, immersed in the wild nature of the Botanical Garden of Porto Caleri. We will walk slowly between pine forest, dunes and beach, getting in touch with the elements — water, wind, land, trees — and with the deep cycles of nature. Through sensory practices, active listening and moments of inner reflection, we will celebrate the winter solstice as a threshold of transformation, recollection and rebirth. An invitation to slow, to hear, to let oneself be crossed by the wisdom of the elements of Nature.
