🍃On the occasion of the National Day of Forest Gathering, Forest Bathing events will take place throughout Italy to celebrate the deep bond with nature.
🌳We will also take part in this day with an experience within the Oasis WWF Bosco di Cornacchiaia, in the Natural Park of Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli.
🍂An afternoon dedicated to families and curious of all ages, to live together with the wood through a connection of Forest Bathing and experiential workshops inspired by natural elements.
🚶We will walk among the trees, listen to the sounds of the wood and let ourselves be guided by simple practices of connection with nature, rediscovering the pleasure of being together in the open air.
🐼The event is free and realized in collaboration with WWF Alta Toscana and with the contribution of the Migliarino Regional Park, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli.
