Immerse yourself in the woods of the National Park of Abruzzo Lazio and Molise to experience a unique experience and learn how to conduct groups of people in the forest.

From 22 to 23 July in Abruzzo, walks in the woods, training activities and sensory experiences of Forest Bathing, moments of Biodanza and movement in harmony with nature and its elements.

We will immerse ourselves in the woods of hundred year old beech trees opening our senses to the beauty around us, we will have the unique opportunity to dance in a fragrant field of lavender flowers; we will go to the discovery of ancient mills along the stream, looking for sounds and memories of the water and we will walk through night paths in harmony with nature.

We will be welcomed in a tower, inside the village of Collelongo inserted in a unique natural setting, surrounded by forests of beech woods, where we can have lunch in a typical mountain refuge and enjoy the traditional cuisine of Abruzzo.

The proposal, during this weekend in the woods of the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise, is to integrate the Forest Bathing and Biodanza to amplify the pleasant and wellness effects, in order to regenerate in harmony.

It is an experiential event aimed at all, it is not necessary to dance, nor to be experienced walkers.

Collelongo is located just over an hour from Rome, you can also come by public transport to forget the car and regenerate yourself completely.

Participation in the training event is valid for:

• do the Group Accompaniment Test (POG) for the Forest Bathing Csen Instructor Course;
• obtain credits for the training in the presence for the course Guide Forestry Csen.

Biodanza, the dance of life, is a methodology present since the 1970s all over the world. Through the excited movement, following the music or sounds of nature, to be done together with others, you reconnect to the beauty that is inside and outside us.

Organized by Ambeco, Centre for Environmental Education and Training Organization recognized by the Abruzzo Region with instructors and trainers of the National Forest Bathing CSEN Sector, environmental educators and operators of Biodanza SRT.

Rossella Frozza: I love movement and dance since I moved the first steps in life. For more than twenty years I have lived in Abruzzo for the sake of nature and freedom of its wild spaces. Since 2009 I have given this wonderful methodology of Biodanza, and I have always been amazed at how it is a complete proposal for human and harmonic development of people. I am a teacher and I conduct courses and internships aimed at adults, children, families and seniors in various public and private contexts. Instructor/facilitator and teacher of National Sector Forest Bathing Csen.

Julio Alberto Guidi: Argentine of birth, I approach the Olympic disciplines in the 80s by attending Ron Young's "Healing Wisdom" school and the first training of Jean Paul Resseguier's "Metodo Resseguier". Since then, the need arises in me to embark on a journey of research and inner knowledge that leads me to experience different experiential paths that have enriched and helped to open channels of expression. In 2012 I meet the Biodanza that conquers me and offers me the possibility to integrate all aspects of my previous formation, facilitating a new expressive channel, will open the door to the connection with my "existential movement"
