Recompose (conclusive): the fourth breath

The 24 May ends this cycle where it began: at Sempione Park, in the button part of the city. Here, nature and daily life come back to meet for put together the parts of us. It is the moment dedicated to ritual that you recomponent I'll give it to you. emerse parts during the route, through the body, breathing and written word. A ritual to honor under a big tree, to achieve a sense of continuity with the moments we have experienced.

We will find ourselves under the great Cedar of Lebanon, where each of us will bring a word emerged as a gift during the journey. This was one of the trees consecrated to an ancient deity that will come to us during our final meditation, where we will finally recognize and put together the parts that were scattered.

And in the end we will understand that we have not only one story but many fragments. Walking and writing, we learned how put them together.
