"Respirits and Tales Milan – Remitting Together the Parts of Self" is an experience in nature that unites Forest Bathing, a slow journey and creative writing in the heart of Milan.

The fragments: the second breath

The appointment of the 26 April in Forest in the city (entrance Via Novara), is a meeting dedicated to what is scattered. Nature and writing help us to welcome our inner fragments, images and insights, in a spontaneous and authentic emersion process. Through sensory practices and the inspiration stimulated by writing, we will give voice to the fragments found inside and outside of us. A mosaic to seek and recognize in the company of the trees.

Between paths and gladness, in the woods harvest Milan we start then slowing down, to collect words and images of our experience.

We're not looking for answers. We observe what emerges.

Slow path, guided writing, moments of sharing, to understand that we must not be different but to put together what we are.

To live the best experience, it is recommended to bring with you:

Note: experience is indicated as not suitable for animals to follow.

Costs

The cost of the first experience is 25 €, whereas the next two have a price of 30 € each. By choosing the full package of all three appointments, the total price is 65 € (instead of 85 €).
