These are the hardest moments, but also the most special times of the year for the Forest: with these meetings we want to access this marvel through a morning of forest bathing and yoga in the enchanting landscape of Monte Verità.

The morning begins with about half an hour of conscious movements and yoga within the Monte Verità Foundation, in the warmth of their yoga room, and then continue in the woods.
