Forestry Wellness makes room in the city🌿

Under the project Citizen Science "A health in my city," Sunday 8 June 2025 will hold to Villa Ada (RM) an experiential session of Forest Bathing open to all.

In one of the most evocative and biodiversity-rich parks in Rome, we will live together a sensory and tree-connecting experience, exploring the deep link between green spaces and psycho-physical well-being.

📍 Meeting point: at the large lake, input of Via di Ponte Salario (https://maps.app.goo.gl/gVqpaKGbGSBkn7jFA)

🕤 Meeting hours: 9:30 am – We ask you for maximum punctuality to do the simple preliminary practices and to start together the Forest Bathing session at 10.00.

Expected return: 13.00-13.30

The event is part of the initiatives of the Reading Festival, a project created by Il Talento di Roma with the support of the City Hall II of Rome.

The event is valid for the purposes of the final tests VEDA and POG for the students of the paths Instructor Forest Bathing, Expert Forest Bath and Instructor Forest Bathing Pro CSEN who have completed the training course online and want to support the final test of conduction groups in forest (operative test POG groups and VEDA interview).

The educational contribution includes:
– participation in the training and verification session
– CSEN card
– insurance CONI
