We will pass through the green beech woods in the Parco delle Dolomiti Friulane.

Our walk will be slow and conscious, paying attention to the sounds produced by the wood and observing the wonderful nature manifests.

During the walk we will use listening practices and bell sounds will help us breathe.

Art therapy will follow us as a means to express how much tried or experienced during our journey.

A moment of recollection without prejudice, for those who want it, will help us to better understand how much tried during the route.
