IMMERSION IN FORESTA DI PERLE – Impermanence and Imperfection

The forest of Badia Prataglia is one of the jewels of the National Park of the Casentino Forests where nature flows its rhythms with slowness, a place out of time, away from the frantic rhythms of the anthropized zones.

Here everything is important because indispensable gear of all, the place where nothing is left to chance. We will approach the practice of Shinrin-Yoku or Diving in the Forest, trying to work on welcoming both physical and inner. The aim will be to amplify the beneficial effects that the centuries-old beech and fir forest offers us, allowing the organism to maximize the absorption of the precious essential oils that for hundreds of thousands of years have accompanied and helped our species in its evolutionary path in close contact with nature.

We will introduce the concept of wabi sabi, trying to sensitize the acceptance of imperfection and impermanence, to spend the time that everything changes and returns to the underform nature of new nourishment for life.
