Sunday, May 11, 2025, in the afternoon, will take place a theoretical-practical session of forest bath hosted by the prestigious natural setting of the Botanical Garden 'Angelo Rambelli' in Viterbo.
The event, organized by the Amici dell’Orto Botanico Association and conducted by Lorenza Colletti – instructor of Forest Bathing CSEN as well as "dasonauta" – will consist of two parts: a theoretical introduction, aimed at illustrating briefly history and benefits of the techniques of bathing wood, followed by a walk in the arboretum of the Garden, in which participants can experience some of the techniques aimed at forest wellbeing.
The goal of the day will be to experience, all together, the pleasant power of green and the five "R": breathing, relaxing, reconnecting, regenerating... and laughing!
