"Movements in Harmony": walk in connection with nature to discover the Grotte Reserve of Luppa with experiences of movement, percussion and voice accompanied by Rossella Frozza Operatrice of Biodanza and Armonia in movement and Barbara Filippi Musicoterapeuta and Etnomusicologa, curated by Ambeco' Centro di Educazione Ambientale.

From 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. walk to adults; from 11.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. walk to families with children.

During the walk will be proposed of the Forest Bathing Diving Experiences curated by Rossella Frozza and outdoor Musicotherapy with environmental listening activities, use of its voice and sound dialogue with musical instruments provided by Barbara Filippi and nature itself.

Forest Bathing is the internationally recognized term to indicate a practice aimed at improving well-being through pleasant and relaxing activities to be carried out in contact with the nature of the woods.

For years scientific research has been demonstrating the different benefits of immersion in a natural environment, involving the respiratory and cardiovascular apparatus and enhancing our immune system: blood pressure regulation, stress reduction, increased serotonin and therefore mood tone, just to name a few.

Rossella Frozza: I love movement and dance since I moved the first steps in life. For more than twenty years I have lived in Abruzzo for the sake of nature and freedom of its wild spaces. Facilitator and professor of Biodanza and Forest Bathing, instructor of Trekking, with scuba diving in the forest I joined my passions, giving rise to wonderful proposals for human and harmonic development of people. I conduct courses, events and internships aimed at adults, children and families in beautiful natural and cultural contexts, together with valuable collaborators and colleagues.
