Immersed in the embrace of the wood, Irene Bottura accompanies us in the morning in a path of relaxation and harmonization with the sounds of nature that will make from the background to the vibrations of the harmonic Tibetan bells, diapasons and vocal sounds. The vibrations of the harmonic sound massage will promote the balance between body, mind and spirit in a magical natural setting.

In the afternoon Claudio Boniatti leads us into a silent walk listening to our heart and breath, wrapped in green colour and nourished by the properties of plants within the beech tree. We will focus on conscious breathing practices and deepen the knowledge of the different breathing possibilities: abdominal, diaphragm, thoracic to experience the most effective in various situations and environmental conditions. An experience of great benefit for everyday life.

INFO USES
Hot and comfortable clothing, suitable for outdoor activities according to the temperatures of the season.
