First forest immersion of the year, at Alpe Blitz, Craveggia (Vb) Piemonte, in one of the most suggestive scenarios of the Vigezzo Valley. The half-day session includes practices of Forest Bathing, both of movement, and meditative, through breathing, rooting and rituality.
