Sunday morning session of Forest Bathing for an immersion in nature, we will connect to the forest to receive its benefits with slow and conscious steps, practicing meditations, guided views, sensory activations in holistic key.

Recommended experience from 16 years on, minors will have to be accompanied by an adult, it is not possible to bring our 4-legged friends.

A few km on a flat dirt track, meeting place and further information will be provided at the time of booking, limited places. Event confirmed also in case of slight bad weather and to reach a minimum number of participants.
