🌿 The silence that regenerates
Forest Bathing Winter – first meeting of the monthly cycle 2026, linked to the months and seasons

An experience to slow down at the beginning of the year,
reduce mental noise
and make room in winter time.

At this time of the year Nature enters silence,
seems to stop,
but it actually works deep.
Observing it becomes a way to recognize our inner cycles
as well as the larger cycles we are part of.

🍃 The first of the 12 monthly meetings of Forest Bathing
🍃 A time of silence and listening, where Nature becomes a mirror and a home
🍃 An experience dedicated to waiting, gestation and natural rhythms
🍃 A simple and accessible space, even in the city

📅 11 January 2026
📍 Roncajette Park (Padua)
⏰ 9.30 – 12.30
