A day of immersion in nature: in the morning bath forest, packed lunch around the fire, laboratory of Ecoprint in the afternoon.
We will immerse ourselves in the autumn season with all senses. We will enter into deep connection with nature, inside and outside of us, with practices of Forest Bathing and Wildfullnes.
To rediscover the beauty we are and of which we are part, rediscover harmony, wonder and well-being in nature.

Ecoprint’s workshop will be a creative experience. An opportunity to get to know some herbs and their dye use. With the construction you can take a bit of nature even in the city.
