Here the energies of the wood and its essences give life to refined rituals, treatments and paths in which it is possible to find the beneficial properties of nature. We will strengthen our immune system and the emotional sphere by reducing the effects of stress wrapped in scents, colours and noises of the forest and pampered by an intimate space with whirlpool tub in spruce wood, located on a closed panoramic terrace from which to enjoy the view of the alpine peaks, the aromatic Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower, the kneipp route and the relaxation area with herbal teas.

The "Forest Bathing" aims to improve physical and social health by improving the connection with nature, interpersonal relationships and social cohesion.

BENEFITS
In Japan this practice, spread since the 1980s, takes the name of Shinrin-yoku which in Italian means "to enjoy the benefits of the forest atmosphere (washing, regenerating, relaxing)" and is part of a national health program established to reduce the stress levels of the population.
There is a scientifically proven positive correlation between forests and the improvement of human vital parameters such as: lowering of blood pressure peaks; reducing cortisol (the stress hormone, with decrease of the negative effects of the same); increased serotonin; reduction of tachycardia; reduction of the risk of depression; strengthening of the immune system; general relaxation; increased creativity.
