We will find ourselves in the splendid setting of the Leopardi Park, a precious green space in the heart of the city of Turin, where we will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the present through an experience of Forest Bathing thanks to the conscious breath, slow walk and sensory listening.

The session will be open to all and the event is valid for the purposes of the final tests VEDA and POG for the students of the paths Instructor Forest Bathing, Expert Forest Bath and Instructor Forest Bathing Pro CSEN that have completed the training course online and wish to support the final test of conducting groups in forest (operative test POG groups and VEDA interview).

The educational contribution includes:

– participation in the training and verification session
