The Monterano Reserve is a combination of natural beauty and fauna, geological aspects and historical presences. It was established in 1988, to protect a territory that covers about a thousand hectares and which develops between the Tolfa Mountains and the Sabatini Mountains, in the municipality of Canale Monterano, 50 km from Rome. Immersed in a suggestive and steep landscape of stories, there are the Etruscan burial remains, the ruins of the ancient inhabited area, the convent and the church of San Bonaventura. The hilly areas are interspersed with harsh tuff valleys, shaped by the erosive action of the Mignone River, which flows within the Reserve. A landscape rich in life and history, to travel and live enjoying all the beauty possible.

During the course will be proposed sensory activations and other practices of creative connection, centering and awareness.
The experience we will make in the Monterano Reserve will be a real immersion in nature, which will involve our senses and emotions, to make this journey a journey to discover the most intimate and deep parts of ourselves and to reconnect with the Earth and its breaths.
