We recognize women in each of us

In the month of the International Women's Day and in the frame of the woods of Mount San Genesio and the village of Campisrago, we replicate the Forest Bathing of March 8, considering the beautiful participation found!

It will be an opportunity to rediscover a profound and universal aspect that belongs to each of us: the feminine polarity. It is a call to the connection with Mother Nature and Mother Earth, an invitation to rediscover that part of us nourishing, intuitive, creative, more connected to emotions and to feel, in harmony with natural cycles. It is a search for balance with the prevailing energy typical of the present world, afferent to our male polarity: that of doing, focused on the material plane, logical-rational, centered on strength and competition.

Through an immersion in the Forest and sensory, creative and meditative practices "in" and "with" Nature, we invite you to reconnect with the female to rediscover our inner integrity, to give voice to deep aspects of us that often remain unheard, and bring awareness in the relationships, in society and the environment that surrounds us.

Join us for the Forest Bathing next March 22, immerse yourself with us in the beauty of Nature to regain balance, serenity and new energy! 🙏
