Three days of forest diving in the silence and majesty of the centuries-old forests of the National Park of the Casentino Forests, guided in a path of awareness and deep connection with nature.
The activities will take place in half-day sessions, both in the morning and in the afternoon.
You can take part in individual sessions or choose to fully experience staying at the Rifugio Casanova, in the woods of Badia Prataglia.
