Sardinia is not only synonymous with crystal clear beaches and dream coastal views: it is also a guardian island of ancient forests. The pristine environment and forests of oaks and cork trees are the ideal place to experience the Forest Bathing.

📅 Sunday 2 March 2025 the National Sector Forest Bathing CSEN organizes a session Forestry Wellness to the Regional Natural Park of Sardinia Gutturu Mannu (CA).

Program of the day:
🕙 I find: 10:00 Sardegna Ricerche (PU), after building 5 at the forest station (look at the meeting point)
🌿 Start of session: 10:30
⏳ Return: 15:30 hours
🥪 Packed Lunches (depending on participants)

The event is valid for the purposes of the final tests VEDA and POG for the students of the paths Instructor Forest Bathing and Expert Bath of Forest CSEN that have completed the training course online and wish to support the final test of running groups in forest (PG and VEDA interview).

Educational contribution €20.

The educational contribution includes:

• participation in the training and verification session
• CSEN card
• insurance

Dedicated operator for children (8+ years) with their guide.
It is recommended to wear shoes with dense sole, not smooth.
Pets allowed on a leash, if docile.

Transferable or refundable didactic fee in the event of a documented impediment to participation. Guaranteed reimbursement in case of bad weather.

N.B. It is also possible to pay on site the day of the event.

The session will take place on an easy dirt track of about 1Km, with different practices even outside the path until you reach the locality of Piscina Manna, where we will have lunch watching the panorama. The route is mainly on the floor, except a climb of about 200 meters in the final stretch that we will walk with calm and with intermediate practice. For those who do not feel to climb, there are activities on the floor near the stream. In case of rain risk we will stay in the area on the floor in the forest about 300 meters from the cars.
