An immersion in the Foresta del Cansiglio, called "a treasure chest of biodiversity", to regenerate in the green and silence and to connect with nature with all the senses. A multisensory "forest bag" where we can meditate and stop to observe and listen to the wood, in order to improve our well-being through mindfulness experiential practices and simple circle dances suitable for anyone who wants to create connection with the surrounding environment. A mix that alternates introspective phases with moving meditation forms and creative explorations.

The meeting point will be communicated during booking and can be reached by car. Parking is free. The minimum age to participate is 14 years and minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The activity may vary according to environmental and atmospheric conditions.

We recommend a comfortable clothing, suitable for the season.

This is not about trekking activities. The event includes a short walk with a minimum altitude difference.
