Immersing in the Natural Reserve of Zompo lo Schioppo in Morino (AQ) means entering a silent and regenerating environment, where time slows down and the senses awaken.
During the waterfall ring circuit, the journey becomes a conscious experience: slow steps, deep breath and attention to the details of the wood.

We will pass through shady beech trees, bright gatherings and traits rich in natural sounds, until we reach one of the most suggestive places of the reserve: the cascade of Zompo lo Schioppo. Here the water flows from a limestone wall by leaping over 80 meters, giving life to a powerful and continuous straw from which its name derives, which in dialect means just "noise high".

An opportunity to reconnect with nature and regain energy, a few steps from the daily rhythm of small and large cities.
Participation in the training event is valid for:

do the Groups (POG) Accompaniment test for the Forest Bathing instructor and Csen Forest Bathing Expert as well as to reach the 12 hours of certified training in the presence.

During the course will be proposed sensory activations and other practices of creative connection, centering and awareness of the Forest Bathing.

🌳WHAT IS THE FOREST BATHING

The forest immersion (Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing) is a multidisciplinary, multi-faceted and multipurpose activity carried out in the woods through the practice of sports, holistic and bio-natural disciplines. It is a practice of well-being that aims to promote a healthier life and in connection with nature. According to experts the forest bath brings benefits to our body and psyche, thanks to the effect of monoterpenes, aromatic substances released from the leaves of the trees and phytocides, essential oils present in the wood, which the trees release in volatile mode.
