The Forest Bath is a practice born in Japan as Shinrin-Yoku in the 1980s. It is an experience that allows you to fully enjoy the benefits of the forest, physical, psychological, relationship and personal growth.
Forest Bathing is the international term of a multidisciplinary, multisensory and multipurpose activity that is biophilia, prevention and movement.
It is not just a walk or a health activity.
It is to live the forest "in all and with all senses" enjoying the slow time and being in the present moment.
It is a natural lifestyle that involves many aspects and gives value to our relationship with ourselves, plants and forest.
Numerous researches have found that Shinrin Yoku reduces stress, improves blood pressure regulation, enhances the immune system, promotes good mood and tranquility, reduces the effects of oxidative stress of the body and proves effective in the prevention of metabolic and chronic diseases.

Every experience in the woods is different. This is a group exit, accompanied by one or more Forestry Wellness Guides, for a variable time that can go from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the types of routes. The forest itself changes to the rhythm of the seasons as our perceptions; the experience lived in the wood conveys us unique emotions and every time we live the immersion with a different awareness, in an environment never equal.
Generally the activities that guides propose concern:
• follow paths in the woods with different types of walk;
•take self-awareness, your body and your senses through targeted exercises and relaxation;
• awareness of the ecosystem relations within the wood through practices of connection with the elements present in the wood
• to be able to experience games, creating a serene and cheerful climate, which facilitate relationships between participants
