The season cycle accompanies us on this forest immersion trip in the wild inside and outside of us.

We will be accompanied by the suggestions that the Trees give us, thanks to the resonance of their physical, sensory and emotional bodies: in fact they are equipped with 15 senses more than ours and are able to hear, look, feel, smell, taste and experience emotions much more than we imagine.

Numerous researches in fact tell us about sentient beings who recognize external events to them and thanks to surprisingly evolved intelligence, activate practical and effective strategies to cope with dangers and situations of stress for themselves and for the ecosystem they live.

Four forest baths will accompany us during this year in four different woods in the province of Bergamo, to meet the genius loci of each of them.

Early bird discounts, brings a friend and for those who sign up for the entire route.

What is the forest bath?

The Forest Bath is a practice born in Japan as Shinrin-Yoku in the 1980s. It is an experience that allows you to fully enjoy the benefits of the forest, physical, psychological, relationship and personal growth.
Forest Bathing is the international term of a multidisciplinary, multisensory and multipurpose activity that is biophilia, prevention and movement. It is not just a walk or a health activity. It is to live the forest "in all and with all senses" enjoying the slow time and being in the present moment. It is a natural lifestyle that involves many aspects and gives value to our relationship with ourselves, plants and forest.
Numerous researches have found that Shinrin Yoku reduces stress, improves blood pressure regulation, enhances the immune system, promotes good mood and tranquility, reduces the effects of oxidative stress of the body and proves effective in the prevention of metabolic and chronic diseases.
