Throughout the morning, forest bathing and biodanza intertwine and amplify each other: slow in the woods, the senses wake up, smells, sounds, light.
The body begins to move, at the rhythm of music, on the grass, among the trees.

The presence in nature nourishes movement, and the movement deepens contact with nature. The restrained emotions find a gentle exit door. The connection with the group becomes real, feels deep. The joy of living emerges alone.

What you bring home goes beyond three hours together. A lightness in the body, more inner fluidity, a rediscovered energy and desire to live....
