The session is reserved for students of the training course "Instructor Forest Bathing & Experienced Forest Bathing" and "Instructor Forest Bathing & Experienced Forest Bathroom Pro" CSEN who wish to complete and integrate the online training course also in order to support the final test of conducting groups in forest (POG and VEDA interview). Reservation required.

Perceiving the beat of nature, in the heart of the great city, reconnects us to the harmony of life we are part of. The wonder sometimes happens spontaneously, others arrive unexpectedly but, in everyday life, it must be cultivated and sought, because it needs space to manifest itself.

The forest immersion (Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing) is a multidisciplinary, multi-faceted and multipurpose activity carried out in the woods through the practice of sports, holistic and bio-natural disciplines. It is a practice of well-being that aims to promote a healthier life and in connection with nature. According to experts the forest bath brings benefits to our body and our psyche, thanks to the effect of monoterpenes, aromatic substances released from the leaves of the trees and phytocides, essential oils present in the wood, which the trees release in volatile mode
Dive into urban forests is a way to train gratitude over what we have at hand and often we do not see and help us find the Beauty we are and which we are part of.
