"Being nature" is a concept we often hear today. We say, we share it, maybe we believe it. But we really do?
We're used to thinking nature like something. outside from us: a place to visit, to admire or to protect.
What if it was our own substance, forgotten under layers of habits, cement and thought?

This meeting is not just a walk in the woods.
It is a time suspended to slow down and listen, to let yourself cross from the wind, the scents, the silences.
It is a return to the essential, a passage that opens from mind to body, from theory to hearing, from distance to communion.

On the path between the trees we do not seek answers, but a quality of presence.
Through simple sensory immersion practices, contemplation and listening, we approach a more radical experience:
not to be in nature, but be nature.

An experience for those who feel the need to find living roots.
For those who want to descend from thought and touch the earth.
For those who want not only to understand, but Listen to me.

The event is valid for the purposes of the final tests VEDA and POG for the students of the paths Instructor Forest Bathing, Expert Forest Bath and Instructor Forest Bathing Pro CSEN who have completed the training course online and want to support the final test of conduction groups in forest (operative test POG groups and VEDA interview).

The educational contribution includes:
– participation in the training and verification session
– CSEN card
– insurance CONI
