FOREST BATHING INSTRUCTOR
Course mainly online with final training session in presence.
Recommended for those who want to learn online basic techniques for group management with a practice and fitness session in forest.
GUIDE FORESTING
Recommended for those who want a more personalized and in-depth training, with 5 days of training in the presence.
The qualification allows you to operate both in sports and holistic.
OPERATOR FOREST BATHING DBN
Professional course recognized by CTS DBN of the Lombardy Region pursuant to law 4/2013.
350 hours overall between online training in self-learning and training in the presence of teachers in the Sector. Registration only in upgrades from the Guide Course.
RELATIONAL FOREST THERAPY FACILITATOR
in English provided by ANFT
Master for those who already have skills of Forest Bathing.
Online training and in presence in Italy with a team of international teachers.
International diploma recognized.

The training takes place in self-learning online and in the presence and is designed to acquire and spread the Forestry Wellness through the techniques of the Forest Bathing.

The teaching content is on proprietary e-learning platform, visionable by pc, tablet and through application on the mobile phone.
